Liqiang Derek Tou's life science experience has spanned over 20 years as a research and clinical doctor, healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist. Mr. Tou is very active in building a bridge between China and USA for technology transfer and has managing experience in both China and USA. Mr. Tou is very active in conference organization and a great moderator of panel discussion. Mr. Tou holds a MD of Urology, a Ph.D of Molecular pharmacology and a MBA of entrepreneurship.

How has Liqiang upgraded their leadership?

I have had a very rewardable experience. I think PRT-A experience is a very important step for me to become a true leader after showing more of my true self and dialing down my RABs, though it is not easy. I am so glad with all the help from my group I finally figured out my motivation to make a change in my life.
